Award winning singer songwriter Georgia Lines is set to light up The Powerstation performing live on Friday September 20 celebrating the release of her recently released #1 album The Rose of Jericho.
2024 has been a breakout year for Tauranga’s Georgia Lines. Just last month she picked up the Aotearoa Music Award for Best Pop Act having won Breakthrough Artist of The Year award at the 2022 ceremony. Her most recent album The Rose of Jericho hit #1 on the Official Top 20 NZ Album Chart, current single ‘Wayside” also found chart success hitting #1 on the Hot 20 NZ Single Chart solidifying her position as one of the leading acts in the New Zealand music scene.
Not only is Lines an accomplished recording artist, but a formidable live performer too. Having performed to a sold-out Spark Arena l opening for Brooke Fraser, Georgia Lines won over the crowd with her heartfelt performance and musical brilliance with The 13th Floor declaring “Her stunning six-song set had the audience swooning.
